The National Institute for International Education (NIIED), an executive agency under the Ministry of Education, organizes international education exchanges, runs the Korean Government’s scholarship program and administers the EPIK (English Programs in Korea) and TaLK (Teach and Learn in Korea) programs.
NIIED supports foreign language education in public schools by hosting English native speaking teachers through the EPIK and TaLK programs.
Requirements to take part in EPIK: native English speaker, with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
